Every creature I meet - from fuzzy, waggy, purry fluff balls to mysterious little pocket-sized critters - is an adventure waiting to happen. I greet each one with sparkling excitement and big-hearted curiosity and love. 🏡🐶🐱 Due to remote working, I’m always here for your animal!! Animals at my house get the luxury of having interaction at their paws 🐾 Animals know I understand their secret frequency. My patience, gentleness, and playful spirit make them feel like they've found their long-lost best friend. I’ve had animals by my side my whole life, which is probably why I’m basically an animal whisperer at this point. They sense my intuition — that soft, instinctive way I know exactly what they need, whether it's a snack, a cuddle, or something else. Animals aren't just pets. They're honorary members of my family; my tiny roommates with fur. My home is their kingdom; my heart is their cozy lounge. Where I go, animals follow — because they know I’m the kind of human who truly gets them.

Heidi did an amazing job watching over our animals and our home while we were away. She was so communicative and send pics and videos of our doggies and our bird daily! She left the house so clean and took care of all the details so when we arrived home, it was perfect! We can't wait to have Heidi watch over our home and fur babies again soon.
Heidi was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was in constant communication, giving updates on our dog Maggie, sending great pics & videos. We appreciated so much how comfortable she made us feel leaving our pet with her and her family. We felt like she took such good care of Maggie in every aspect, from food, treats, exercise/playtime, and rest. I would absolutely recommend Heidi, and would use her again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩🩷
Heidi and Phil were simply amazing. I've used rover with some other care takers and these two are head and shoulders above the rest. I got videos and pictures every day and live updates. It made me feel so comfortable that my dog was in good hands. I will be booking with them in the future. I highly recommend Heidi you won't be sorry! Heidi and her family were wonderful! I was so scared to leave my 5 month old puppy because she is so anxious and afraid of people and other animals but as soon as I entered the house she was calm which surprised me. Heidi and Phil were the best, they sent me pictures and updates which made me feel completely at ease with the care she was receiving. When I picked her up she was calm and happy and I could tell they took great care of her and made her comfortable. Do not hesitate to book with Heidi and Phil they truly care about animals and will treat your special pet as one of their own.
Heidi and her family took such good care of my mother’s dogs while she was in the hospital. It was such a relief to know they were well cared for!
Heidi is great! Loves animals, has a great setup (with by California standards a large backyard) , and everyone in her family loved Roxy. We will be happy repeaters!

I don’t just fit animals into my schedule — I weave them into my day. My routine is delightfully flexible, perfectly shaped to welcome paws. My schedule is flexible and intuitive, allowing me to build in regular check-ins, feeding times, walks, and play sessions without stress or disruption. I move through my tasks with patience, intuition, and a sprinkle of magic — knowing exactly when a dog needs an extra trot around the block or when a cat needs a dramatic feather-toy performance. Animals slip into my schedule so naturally you’d think they helped design it. To every pet I care for, I’m the whimsical guardian who arrives right when they need me — the keeper of routines, the bringer of fun, and the human who makes their day just a little more sparkly.

Safety begins with awareness, consistency, and preparation. When caring for an animal, I create a space where their physical well-being is always the first priority. That means secure environments (no open doors if they are not allowed out, hazardous items, or unsafe spaces), proper handling, and mindful supervision during walks, play, or feeding. I pay attention to their routines, health cues, and comfort levels, making sure they’re protected from stress, danger, or anything unfamiliar that could overwhelm them. A safe animal is a relaxed animal — and I make that possible. A good environment is one that supports an animal’s emotional and physical needs. I create spaces that feel safe, comfortable, and full of enrichment — spots for quiet rest, opportunities for play, and room to explore without fear. My presence makes the environment even better: calm, welcoming, and filled with positive interactions. Whether the animal is staying in my home or I’m in theirs, I make sure their surroundings feel familiar, soothing, and full of the little comforts that help them thrive.

Each day begins with a consistent schedule of feeding, fresh water, and a walk or play session to help them settle in. Throughout the day, I offer balanced enrichment, rest, and companionship, tailoring activities to the animal’s energy level and personality. I create a safe, fun, and comfortable environment where every animal feels loved, stimulated, and part of the family.
