Heidi was great - we got updates/pictures and she made sure they were happy and healthy while looking after Athena and Coco. We got home to happy cats and definitely will reach out again.
Wonderful Heidi spent the day with Charlie again and took good care of him following his recent surgery. We knew he was in safe and caring hands!
As always, Heidi waa excellent with Charlie. Punctual, professional, respectful and understanding of our needs and Charlie's needs at all times.
Heidi was great with my older kitty. She was a fantastic communicator and it made me so comfortable being away. My cats been unwell so I was quite stressed about leaving her and Heidi set me at ease, she handled her supplements and meds without problem. Highly recommend her! Home was also left in great shape. Heidi was very responsive and helpful, my cat was unwell while I was away which has never happened to me before, but Heidi was very communicative and did her best to help until I got back, which was much appreciated! Hopefully she can watch Coco again when Coco is feeling better!
Heidi was amazing! She sent lots of photos and videos (my cat Pablo had his tongue out in most of them looking very pleased with himself lol), and was super flexible as our schedule changed last minute. Heidi was so attentive spending time with Pablo and giving him some outdoor time in the garden :) Pablo is a diabetic so we were very happy she was able to take care of his injections with no qualms!! Will be going back to her for next time!!
