Pet CPR and First Aid certified. I'm also a certified college graduate for vet assistant as of November 2025! I've taken care of pets in my home ever since I was about 9 years old. We had cats and dogs while I was growing up and it was part of my daily routine to care for those animals. I looked after my parent's dogs whenever they went on vacation or when they needed an evening out. I have also watched a coworkers dog who needed daily meds while she was on vacation. As of today, I own a Golden Retriever who I trained from the moment I got him at 4 months old. He was a handful at first since his previous owner didn't have the time for him. But with much patience and positive reinforcement, he's a Golden boy! He is one of the friendliest dogs you will ever meet and impresses everyone with how well behaved he is! I am pretty good at reading dogs and knowing what they must be thinking or feeling. I observe them and see if there is any change to their behavior that I should ever be concerned about as well. Dogs and cats are family, as such they should be treated that way!
