Something I do request is for instructions relating to your pet to recorded on the app, or in written format for me to read on arrival; to include feeding quantities and times, treats, medication doses and frequency, vet details & anything else important. We’ll likely run through some of this information during the meet and greet, but I need something to refer back to either on the app or written down, as it’s too much to retain and prevents me having to pester you unnecessarily while you’re away. Knowing your pets likes and dislikes, where they like to be stroked, if they have any particular rituals relating to feeding, helps me to ensure they are happy and relaxed while you’re away.
A typical day
Most people provide me with a short overview of their pets likes and dislikes, which I find really helpful; it usually covers their favourite games to play, their favourite toys or other enrichment, what snacks they prefer etc.

Cat care experience
I have two cats of my own and so I understand that cats lead and you follow. You can trust that I’ll care for yours like I care for mine and that they’ll want for nothing, meaning you’ll return to content, relaxed and happy cats. I’m confident administering medications if your pets have health issues; whether tablets, liquid or injections I’m experienced administering all three. I’ve also looked after elderly cats and cats who have specific needs, such as continence issues and those without sight or hearing.

I could not recommend Heidi more! It was my first time leaving Ronnie with someone else and she was so understanding and reassuring. I loved all the video updates and she made an extra effort with Ronnie given the extreme hot weather. I think he’s got a new best friend!! ☺️☺️
Heidi is our only choice for looking after our cats. She kept us updated with comms, photos and videos while we were away. Our cats were happy on our return and so... We are looking forward to hire her again. Thanks!
Heidi was brilliant with our cats, her updates and photos really helped to put us at ease while we were away on holiday. Our cats were comfortable and confident when she was looking after them. She is truly a cat whisperer.
