Hi!! :) We are Heidi and Illia and we have been professionally working with dogs for over 10 years. We speak 🇵🇱 Polish, 🇺🇸 English, 🇺🇦 Ukrainian and 🇷🇺 Russian. We previously ran our own dog care business in Chicago, and now we are bringing our experience to 🇵🇱 Warsaw. Dog care is our full-time work, but above all, it is our passion and lifestyle! We genuinely love dogs and are fully committed to what we do. We work as a team, and when a dog stays with us, they become a full part of our family. We never leave dogs home alone. There is no situation where we need to go to work, attend a meeting or take care of other commitments while the dog stays by itself — they are with us throughout the entire stay and always under our care. We live an active, sporty lifestyle. We love long walks, spending time outdoors and being close to nature. Even when we don't have a dog staying with us, we regularly go for walks, so sharing an active lifestyle with a dog comes naturally to us. We live right by Ratusz Arsenał, in a great location for dogs. There are dog parks nearby, including the area around Krasiński Garden, as well as plenty of parks and green spaces. We also have easy access to longer walking routes towards the Vistula River. During walks, your dog's safety is always our priority and we keep them under control at all times — dogs stay on a leash. Depending on their individual needs, we can go outside for short walks even every couple of hours, as well as enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities. We also believe that staying connected with the owner is an important part of good pet care. You will receive regular updates, photos and videos throughout your dog's stay, so you always know how they are doing and what they are up to. Every dog is treated individually. We take the time to understand their personality, energy level, habits and needs, and tailor their daily routine accordingly. Our goal is for every dog to feel safe, relaxed and comfortable with us — just like they are in their second home. 🐶❤️ Before your first booking, we always love to meet you and your dog for a short meet & greet. It gives us a chance to get to know each other, talk about your dog's personality, routine and needs, and answer any questions you may have. We believe that meeting beforehand is the best way for both the dog and the owner to feel comfortable before the stay. :) We have worked with dogs of different ages, sizes and personalities — from calm and shy dogs to highly energetic, reactive or more demanding ones. We also have experience caring for deaf dogs, as well as dogs with other special needs. A significant part of our experience also comes from working on behaviour and basic dog training — including basic obedience, responding to commands, leash walking, socialization and positive reinforcement. We are comfortable adapting our care to each dog's individual needs and the owner's instructions — from feeding and activity levels to rest, medication, allergies and specific daily routines. Our goal is not only to keep dogs safe, but also to make sure they are calm, active, well cared for and genuinely happy while they are with us. 🐶❤️ Note: I send many updates throughout the day with photos and videos for the duration of your pets stay, though Rover says only 70-80% of bookings with photos. The reason for this is often pet parents prefer I send photos and videos over text which changes my stats on Rover. Rest assured I send MANY updates!! ❤️)
