I work part-time from home, so I’m available throughout the day and evening for pet care. For requests after 7:30, I prefer overnight stays to keep things simple and consistent. For overnight stays I prefer at least a two night stay. Heads up I am allergic to airborne toxins such as Glade, pesticides, etc. Once it dries no problem. But I would like to be made aware if you just sprayed any pesticides, or if you just mopped with something like Pine-Sol on the floor, or anything of that nature, or your dog has been just treated. Those things are all fine. I would just like to be made aware. Thank you I would really appreciate that.

A typical day
I like to exercise the dogs twice a day. I like to take them to the dog park or a quiet park, depending on the nature of your pet. With cats, I'd like to play with them, a couple times a day. Each dog and cat and all other animals are individual, depends on their needs and personality. And what you would prefer for your pet. I have a small SUV with a hatchback so I can take them places.

Heidi did super great watching our dog while we were out of town. She gave lots of great updates and was very responsive. She asked lots of questions about our dog and took really great care of her. It’s hard to find a good sitter you trust with your dog while you’re away, and Heidi was super great! Will definitely book with her again!
Heidi was great. We have a pup who has epilepsy and she asked great question beforehand and during the stay to ensure our pup had a safe and comfy stay. Our pup normally takes a while to warm up with people but she seemed super comfortable with Heidi fairly quickly. Great communication and super trustworthy. We could tell she cares deeply about the well-being of our pups.
Heidi and my pup got along wonderfully for a first stay. I was gone a week through a hot weekend and they both survived beautifully. Heidi checked in daily with photos and reports and the house was well cared for too! As long as Heidi felt good about the situation, we will book again.
Heidi housesat for us for 2 nights and took great care of our two dogs. She was open to a meet and greet and easy to schedule with. Our dogs and Heidi clicked during the meet and greet. My husband and I left printed instructions and went through our laundry list of watchouts and info about our house and our dogs’ routines during the meet and greet. Heidi was very communicative with updates about the dogs throughout the stay. She was respectful of our home and even notified us that she swiffered our floors after forgetting to take off shoes in our house. There was a slight misunderstanding about the service end date but that was largely due to a Rover issue with applying care credits, resulting the need for a few separate bookings for one continuous stay. We agreed upon this, but it still resulted in some understandable confusion. Upon realizing she left early I messaged her (this was at midnight) and she immediately went back to our dogs and gave us an update the next morning. The frequent communication made it easy to provide live feedback and resolve issues quickly. Heidi is also very tuned into dogs’ personalities and accommodating of them. In two days she figured out a way to get my more submissive dog to play in the presence of my dominant dog, ensuring both dogs got their play time. She also provided them daily walks as we requested. While our dogs missed us, I can tell they had a good time with Heidi and were well cared for. After having many different sitters in the past, I can say Heidi has been the most detailed and transparent with updates, which was greatly appreciated as it made us more comfortable with having a house-sitter for the first time.
