Safety, trust & environment
In your home, I will ensure that your furry friend is supervised at all times, especially in your garden (if applicable). I will offer plenty of opportunities for play and mental enrichment e.g snuffle treat games or treat hide and seek, depending on your play preferences. If your dog is happy with quiet company, I can relax with them while they rest or want cuddles.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviours so I can make sure they get the best care. Is there anything particular that triggers your dog that I can avoid?
A typical day
I love to play plenty of fetch games as well as mentally stimulating hide and seek treat games for example. I love taking dogs to big open fields, woodlands, or public parks.

Pet care experience
Hi there! Throughout my life, I have walked, trained and loved my family dogs, being proactive from a very young age. Back home, I care for my energetic and beautiful black lab Bella,my sister’s nervous whippet cross and cuddly lab cross, Bailey and Sky. I attended a Dogs Trust young dogs training course with Bella which was super fun and informative, she passed with flying colours! As well as entertaining young, boisterous doggies, I also enjoy hanging out with senior dogs , such as with my late border collie Holly, who enjoyed the more quiet company and slow walks for sniffing all the smells. From Yorkshire originally, I now live and work in Canterbury within the field of wildlife conservation. Im more than ready to lend a helping hand with caring for your dogs and building up a great relationship!
Reviews

Heidi was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Mipi. She was incredibly responsive and quick to reply to any messages, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated all the frequent updates and photos. Both Heidi and her partner are kind, calm, and friendly. Mipi was taken out several times a day, given full attention, and clearly loved her time with them. It’s easy to see how much they genuinely care for animals. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!

Heidi was absolutely amazing with our little Bonsai. She took him on the most amazing walk around the woods and keep him occupied all day. He was exhausted when we got home, and he definitely loves his new friend Heidi. Cannot recommend her enough, she also sent us some amazing photos at the end of the day of the time they spent together.

Heidi was such a brilliant sitter for our two cats. She was incredibly courteous, thoughtful and completely reliable. She cared for them wonderfully and provided us with lovely updates and plenty of great photos. When one of them hadn't come home during her visit she offered to return later to check on him, and although this wasn't needed in the end as he came home, this was still a very kind offer.

Heidi is always great with Henry that he is always excited to see her
