Heeseung is always very responsive. She provides colorful commentary and great photos. Out pup seems well cared for upon her return. We will continue to ask her to watch our pup.
We're so grateful for Heeseung and Austin for taking care of Molly, our extremely shy cat. Molly is the shyest cat we have ever met so finding trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate cat sitters has been a huge challenge for us. I wish we knew about Heeseung and Austin a long time ago as we sent Molly to top-rated, skilled cat boarders who unintentionally gave Molly more stress. Heeseung and Austin are pet magicians as they were very patient, gentle, and kind to Molly giving her the space and all the time she needed to feel comfortable enough to come out and explore their home. We were pleasantly shocked to hear Molly came out to explore and seek attention after only a couple days! We barely recognized our own cat when Heeseung gave us daily updates with photos of Molly's progress. Molly was fully exploring their house and being adorably curious, as well as consistently cuddling up to Heeseung and Austin after a few days. Heeseung gave us daily updates with photos to put our minds at ease when we were abroad. And they paid attention to the most minute details, which made us so relieved Molly was under excellent care. The fact that Molly (and I am not embellishing by saying she is the most shy cat I've ever met) came out to explore by jumping on their couches and bed, cuddling with them, and being chatty :) is a testament to Heeseung and Austin's skills as experienced cat lovers and whisperers. They went above and beyond to take care of Molly and were very happy to pick up some anxiety medication on day 2 should Molly need it. They barely had to use any as Molly progressed so well within the second day. I highly recommend Heeseung and Austin as they are trustworthy, patient, gentle, and incredibly skilled at what they do. They are true animal advocates! Thank you again, Heeseung and Austin!

Schedule
My partner and I work from home, so at least one of us is always available to keep pets company and take care of them throughout the day. It’s the perfect arrangement for animals who love companionship or need a mid-day walk or play break. Please note that I accept day care requests for up to ten hours. If your pet requires more than ten hours of care, please book boarding.

Safety, trust & environment
I know it is important to respect animals’ boundaries and routines, and I will always prioritize your pet’s health and safety. I only watch one animal at a time to ensure they have my full attention (duos from the same household are okay!). Please note that I cannot board dogs who use pee pads or who have a bite history. Additionally, my home is up two sets of stairs.
A typical day
I look forward to taking your dogs out to investigate all the interesting smells the neighborhood has to offer! Beyond walking outdoors, I’m always down to play fetch or tug.
