Loving, Reliable Care for Your Pup Just Like Home
We are experienced pet sitters with over five years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Dogs have always been a big part of our lives, and caring for them comes naturally to us. My husband and I both work from home, which allows us to spend most of our time with the dogs in our care. This means they receive constant supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. We are outdoor people and genuinely enjoy taking dogs on regular walks, adapting activity levels to suit each dog’s needs. We are comfortable handling dogs who may be anxious, nervous, or not immediately friendly, and we take a calm, patient approach to help them feel safe and settled at their own pace. Every dog is different, and we make it a priority to understand their routine, personality, and preferences. Our goal is to provide a secure, loving, and structured environment where dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and happy while their owners are away.

When a pet leaves somebody's house genuinely annoyed that they had to go, you found a winner. Morgana had a great time and Heena sent me some fantastic photos! Will definitely use her services again and would recommend her to everyone :)
Heena was lovely but I'm not sure she was the right sitter for my dog. I dropped her off at 9am and her tracker shows she didn't get a walk until 6:30pm the next day. Her garden is a small front yard with a low ish gate and was not secure for my dog so I think she was put on a lead in the garden and chewed through the lead (which she does when not being watched). Pick up was offered as an option on Rover, which I selected, but wasn't feasible in practice so had to be cancelled. Next time I would check how active the sitter can be and that the garden is large and fully secure.
We left our dog Lily for 2 weeks with Heena. She was brilliant at taking care of our dog. She was very good with communication sending us photos of the dog on a daily basis. Lily looked happy when we picked her up 2 weeks later. I would certainly leave Lily with Heena again in the future.
Very nice and helpful hostess. I felt save leaving my pet there.

Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to give dogs the attention and care they need throughout the day. Whether it’s taking them out for a walk, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’m able to be present and responsive to their needs. My job allows me to structure my day around their schedule, so they’re never left feeling lonely or bored.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a pet owner’s home, my goal is always to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. In my home, I create a calm and cozy space where they can relax, play, and feel at ease. I stick closely to their usual routines—mealtimes, walks, play, and rest—so the transition is as smooth as possible. If I’m in the owner’s home, I respect their space and make sure to keep everything just as they left it, while giving their pet the same attention and care they’re used to. I’m attentive to their behavior and needs, and I always keep communication open with pet parents through updates and photos.
