I have an advanced degree in Animal Science and over 3 years of professional experience caring for dogs and cats in animal kennels. I also cared for my own dog for 16+ years, giving me extensive hands-on experience with the everyday needs of a beloved companion. After losing my dog, I joined Rover because I missed having a pet by my side and wanted to continue sharing my life with animals. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to care for many wonderful dogs and cats and have consistently received 5-star reviews from their families. With my background in animal science and hands-on experience, I provide one-on-one, attentive, and personalized care for every pet I welcome into my home.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for one pet at a time, so each pet receives my full attention and personalized care. I follow their usual routines as closely as possible, including meals, walks (up to 4 walks a day), playtime, and rest. I want every pet to feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I take the time to get to know their personality and let them settle in at their own pace, especially if they are shy or nervous. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages so they can feel reassured while they’re away.
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs on long, relaxing walks where they have plenty of time to sniff, explore, and investigate whatever catches their curiosity. At home, we can enjoy playtime with their favorite toys, including fetch and tug-of-war for dogs. For cats, I love engaging them with interactive toys and letting them play and explore at their own pace. I also enjoy plenty of cuddles and relaxed time together. I love observing each pet’s behavior and body language to better understand their personality, needs, and comfort level, and I always try to make their time with me fun, safe, and comfortable.

- Feel free to let me know about any special requests, routines, or concerns you may have for your furry babies. I had a timid senior Toy Poodle who wasn’t very comfortable around other dogs, but had the sweetest personality. I was lucky to care for her for 16 years, so I understand how much patience, attention, and extra care senior and timid pets may need. I’m happy to provide them with a calm, safe, and comfortable environment while they’re in my care.
