Hi, I’m Hedda — a 30-year-old Norwegian living permanently in Nice. I speak fluent English and Norwegian, and I’m currently learning French. I live with my fiancé, but your pets will always be my full responsibility and cared for by me personally. I truly love all animals and have experience with dogs, cats, horses, and small pets. All friendly, clean, vaccinated, and parasite-free small or medium dogs are welcome. I work full-time with pets and have over four years of experience as a Veterinary Assistant, assisting in surgeries, blood work, X-rays, injections, and recovery. I’m fully trained to administer medications and can provide basic healthcare while your pet stays with me. Your dog will enjoy a 2–4-hour nature walk with up to seven other small or medium dogs. You can contact me anytime by phone, and I’ll send regular updates with photos and videos. I’m known for being organized, reliable, and caring. Every pet is unique, and I always take time to understand their individual needs and ensure they feel safe and happy. For me, this isn’t just a job — it’s something I truly love. I live in a three-room apartment with my fiance and our beloved dog and cat/. They’re both very friendly, and visiting pets are welcome to make themselves at home.

my husband and I visited Nice for three days and took in a Sunday Formula 1 race. We are so grateful to have found Hedda to take care of our baby while we were at the race. The worry of leaving Reya with someone we didn’t know was completely eliminated. Reya was very well taken care of, loved on, entertained, and went on beautiful nature walks. Hedda sent us pictures throughout the day with Reya’s adventures ❤️ and notes on how she’s doing to keep us updated. We can’t say enough about how wonderful this experience has been. Hedda is the best.

Hedda is hands down the best dog sitter ever! My senior German Shepherd, Yoshi, had a blast with her. From the moment they met, it was like they were long-lost buddies. Hedda took care of Yoshi's every need, making sure she felt comfortable and loved. She didn't just stick to the basics; she went above and beyond, taking him on walks, giving him his meds, and sending me regular updates with cute pics. It was such a relief knowing Yoshi was in such caring hands. If you want someone who genuinely loves dogs and treats them like family, Hedda is the perfect choice. Yoshi and I couldn't be happier with her!
My two cats received the care and attention they needed. Hedda is very friendly, trustworthy and dependable. You can see that she truly cares of the animals.
She kept my rabbits while I was gone for a weekend, and they got their own room and were able to walk around lile requested. I could see that she had a lot of knowledge and respect for rabbits, and this is sadly rare to find I feel. She did everything by my rules.
Felt extra safe knowing of her skills from the Veterinary Clinic. You could see that besides loving animals, she also has a lot of knowledgde that at least for me made it a easy choice to choose her also next time for my old border collie. She also proposed to send updates while I was away, and it was so nice getting pictures of my dog living the best life witch cuddles, walks and attention.
