No-nonsense and Sporty Pet Sitter
Hi, I’m Hebron, and if you’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and active pet sitter, you’ve come to the right place. I’ve spent over 30 years working with animals. My journey began in Jamaica when I started working weekends as a veterinary assistant at just 15 years old. After leaving school, I worked at a zoo for two consecutive summer seasons before becoming a full-time veterinary assistant. From 2000 to 2003, I studied for my Associate of Science in Agricultural Science, where I developed a strong foundation in animal husbandry, welfare, and animal science. After graduating, I moved to the UK in 2003 and began working as an Animal Care Technician. While working full-time, I continued my education and earned a degree in Zoology between 2005 and 2008, combining university study with hands-on animal care. I continued working as an Animal Care Technician until earlier this year, gaining decades of professional experience caring for animals. In 2023, while living in Glasgow, I took a break from laboratory animal care and spent much of my time dog sitting and house sitting. It reminded me how rewarding it is to care for pets in their own homes and to build trusting relationships with both owners and their animals. Today, I’m based in Godalming, Surrey, where I work part-time as a personal trainer. This gives me the flexibility, time, and energy to offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. Whether your dog enjoys long, active walks or prefers a slower pace, I’m confident caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also know what it’s like to trust someone with a much-loved pet. My own dog, Ellie, was part of my family for many years, so I understand how important it is to keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away. If you’d like to know more, I’d be delighted to arrange a meet and greet. I’d love the opportunity to get to know you and your pet before your booking.

Hebron is a complete superstar. My 15 week old puppy adored her and had a wonderful time with her while I went on holiday. I would highly recommend Hebron to anyone looking for pet care.

Hebron was responsive, friendly and we felt confident leaving Kali there. He was chilled out and happy when we collected him and clearly had a good walk and a rest. Thank you so much!

Hebron looked after our two Border Terriers . Hebron is a really caring person who loves dogs and really knows and understands them. We had an introductory walk and chat and during the stay Hebron kept us up to date several times a day with photos and videos. We will definitely use her again.

Hebrom took care of Juno while we were away recently, and we couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, she was warm, attentive, and completely trustworthy — the kind of sitter you feel instantly at ease leaving your dog with. Her updates were wonderful: regular photos and videos that kept us reassured and smiling the whole trip. Juno needs quite a lot of exercise, and Hebrom took that completely in stride, making sure she got all the walks and activity she needed without it ever being a concern. What really sets Hebrom apart is her natural way with dogs — she clearly knows animals deeply, and it shows in how calm, confident, and positive she is with them. Juno was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for the entire time. We can’t recommend Hebrom highly enough — she’s an exceptional sitter, and we’ll absolutely be booking her again.

Hebron, she was fantastic! I have left Rock with a lot of people while I was living in Spain. I was slightly nervous for someone to look after him when I moved to the UK because of his past experiences. HOWEVER, I must say Hebron was AMAZING! We got photos and videos every day, she was easy to communicate with and it felt like I have known her a long time, just the best sitter I've left Rock with. Even, when I picked him up - he was in great condition and you could tell he was looked after extremely well! Thank you so much Hebron, just wonderful!

Milo had a lovely time with Hebron, who went the extra step to make sure he was well looked after. Many Thanks 😊

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a pet-safe-friendly home. I live alone in a ground-floor flat that is located away from the main road. Lots of grassy play areas are located directly outside the building I reside. There is a park nearby, a river pathway 2 minutes away and a large public park about 5 minutes away.
A typical day
I am a very active person, so being outside has never been a problem. I used to love throwing the ball for my dog Ellie.
