Hi, I'm Heather! I'm a lifelong dog lover, psychology student, and proud dog mom to Winnie, my goofy chocolate Lab. I love gardening, hiking, cozy days at home, and pretty much anything that involves being outdoors with a dog by my side. Friends describe me as dependable, patient, and caring, and animals have always been a big part of my life. I enjoy the simple things—good coffee, mountain views, and lots of tail wags—and I truly believe our dogs are family

A typical day
A typical day in our home is relaxed, fun, and full of tail wags! Mornings usually start with breakfast followed by a nice walk and some time outside in our fenced yard to sniff, play, and stretch our legs. Winnie, my friendly chocolate Lab, loves making new friends and is always ready for a game or a romp around the yard. Throughout the day, we balance playtime with plenty of downtime. Depending on the weather and your pup’s energy level, we may head to the dog park for some social time or enjoy a fun game of fetch in a nearby field. Whether your pup prefers chasing toys, exploring the yard, or curling up for a nap, we follow their pace and routine. I enjoy spending time at home, so there are lots of opportunities for cuddles, companionship, and belly rubs. In the evenings, we settle into a quieter pace with another outdoor break, dinner, and relaxing together. Dogs are treated like family here, and my goal is for every guest to feel safe, loved, and right at home. You'll also receive updates and photos so you can see all the fun your pup is having while you're away!
