Pet care is naturally built into my daily routine since I have two dogs of my own. I work remotely, so I'm home throughout the day to provide attention, walks, playtime, and affection. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to easily care for other pets around my own dogs’ needs. Whether it’s early morning walks or midday check-ins, I can adapt based on the pet’s routine.

I also like to know how your pet gets along with other animals, what their daily routine is like, and if there are any behaviors I should watch for (like leash pulling or chewing). The more I know up front, the better I can provide care that feels like home to your pet.
A typical day
Activities could include, fetch in the yard, puzzle toys, and plenty of cuddle time. If the dog is high-energy, I’ll take longer walks or play games to keep them stimulated. For more relaxed pets, I’ll offer comfort and companionship. I always try to match the activity level and personality of the pet, ensuring they feel happy, safe, and well-cared-for while you’re away.

Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s been surrounded by pets since I was a kid. I currently have two amazing dogs of my own—an energetic Husky and a sweet Aussie Doodle we rescued. I work fully remote, which gives me the flexibility to be attentive and present with your pets. I’m looking for a part-time opportunity to do something I genuinely enjoy, and spending time with animals is at the top of that list! I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I’d love to be that person for you.

Heather is amazing with my 4 fur babies. We have three dogs and one cat that she has watched for us on several week long trips over the past 2 years. She really loves animals and it really shows. She does more than just feed them. She snuggles with them and spends a lot of time playing with them. My boys do amazing while we are gone and they feel totally at ease with her coming to the house and caring for them. I would definitely recommend Heather to take care of your fur babies she really is a Gem❣️
