As a farm kid, animals (of every variety) have been part of my life for as long as I can remember! Now I get to share that joy with my family, our playful pup, our cat, & even our hedgehog! I have experience caring for dogs of all ages - from energetic puppies to calm seniors & I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I understand how important it is to keep your pets safe & feeling the love. And I love sending photo updates so you never miss a moment of their fun!

Heather and Tony were absolutely amazing with Duckie over the 4th of July weekend! He’s not the biggest fan of fireworks so I was naturally a little worried about leaving him, but they handled everything so well and made sure he felt safe and comfortable. It was obvious from all the pictures and updates that he was treated like part of their family, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Duckie loved all the ball throws and slept like a rock when he got home! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely trust Heather and Tony to watch Duckie again. Highly recommend! 🐾
Whiskey had a great time with Heather and her daughter! I loved that she kept me updated with pictures of how he was doing. Will definitely be bringing him back to have more fun!!:)
Heather and family did such a great job with Javi, I could tell he was so happy and was very well taken care of while we were gone. I was very confident leaving Javi with them and wouldn't hesitate to reach out again next time we take a trip 😊
Heather took fantastic care of our dog while we were away. She sent us pictures and updates and made sure our dog got outside to enjoy plenty of exercise. It felt like our pup was part of her family. I would highly recommend reaching out to Heather if you’re looking for a quality Rover!

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine because I currently work from home & have lots of flexibility. I love having extra paws around to keep me company during the day & taking breaks for walks or cuddle sessions fits naturally into my schedule. Between working from home & chauffeuring my daughter to her various extracurricular activities, I can give your pets plenty of attention & exercise throughout the week!

Safety, trust & environment
In my home, pets are treated like part of the family! I provide a safe, loving environment with lots of attention & play. Dogs who are social & cat-friendly are welcome to play with my own friendly dog & we have 6 acres of open space for well-trained pups to explore off-leash (always under supervision). The dogs who aren’t quite ready for off-leash will simply get to explore while leashed. Indoors, pets have cozy spots to relax & are never left alone for long. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine of feeding, walks, playtime, & any other specific instructions they need. I make sure pets feel comfortable & cared for while you’re away. I love sending regular photo updates so you always know how they’re doing, too!

A typical day
I love keeping pets entertained! For dogs, that means lots of playtime in my big backyard (on-leash, or off-leash if they have good recall), games of fetch, exploring new smells, & play sessions with my own friendly dog. If your dog loves cuddles, we’ll do that too! For cats, I make sure they get the right balance of play & relaxation. Feather toys & laser pointers, or cozy nap spots & quiet snuggles - whatever they prefer. I always tailor activities to each pet’s personality & energy level.
