I hired Heather to care for my dogs, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. We agreed on four drop-in visits per day to ensure our dogs were properly cared for, and we communicated that she could reach out if there were any issues. We even had our neighbors checking in as backup to keep our dogs entertained throughout the day. However, on the second day of the pet-sitting, I discovered that she had not shown up for the scheduled visits we had agreed upon after reaching out to her first. Despite paying $50 per day for her services, Heather failed to fulfill her duties on two separate days. When I reached out to discuss this and reconcile the payment for services not rendered, I did not receive a response. Unfortunately, due to these trust issues, we decided to no longer use Heather’s services and will not be hiring her again. While I hope others have a better experience, this was not the level of care and reliability I was expecting.

Heather is absolutely a godsend! She truly loves our fur babies and treats them as our own!!

Heather was very professional and the pups took to her right away. We received pictures and a video that put our minds at ease. She updated us on anything pertinent. A very likable pup sitter. I would hire again.

Heather is amazing with pets of any kind. She has a passion to care for animals and to love them unconditionally as if they all were her own. She has personally helped me with my dog. And the way she was able to control the situation was brilliant and swift. I highly recommend her as an animal caregiver.
