Information Heather W. would like to know about your pet

Please always be as thorough as possible when describing any of your pets medical or behavioral needs. I am very comfortable administering any needed medications.

A typical day

My personal routine that I believe is best for dogs is to take them on walks to get all the energy out of them before feeding time. Then after food is usually quiet time (or at least some half-energy playtime) with another bathroom break before leaving. I use the some basic concept for cats as well. Cats love to "hunt" their "prey" so before food there's always lots of play with a favorite toy, then food time.

Pet care experience

I've always loved animals for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, I was the catalyst for almost every pet my family took in. When I joined the Army as a Veterinary Technician I had the chance to work with working dogs, which was such a great experience. I've worked in other veterinary practices as a technician as well. Now I'm looking to branch out on my own and work as a pet caregiver.

Heather is awesome with Stella. She's very kind and patient. Heather goes above and beyond to take care of my baby. My Stella is sometimes a challenge when other doggos are in the area but Heather handles it wonderfully. Thank you so much for caring for Stella! Until next time 😊

Heather has been a rock star, super communicative and helps us out in a bind or just on our regular walks. I know my dog is getting quality walks and she always reports when there's anything we need to watch or for.

Many Thanks to Heather for taking care of my beloved Josie girl. Josie is shy and timid but she warmed up to Heather right away. That gave me peace of mind to enjoy my trip. Heather also communicated well along the way.
