I started caring for animals at the age of 5. Dogs, cats, rats, Guinea pigs, turtles, birds lol. I looove animals, and I wanted to be a Veterinarian from a young age. As a kid I would train kittens to do tricks and tasks for fun, and funny enough, in my 20’s I worked at Nestle-Purina as a Lead Kitten Trainer! Who knew a position like that existed? My favorite place I worked was Little Apple Vet Hospital in Manhattan, KS- I worked there for 6 years. What I loved the most was the opportunity the Veterinarian’s gave me to learn and grow in all the different positions from Kennel tech, to Groomer, to Receptionist, and then to Vet Tech. I enjoyed getting to interact with the animals in all kinds of different ways! It was a dream come true for my 5 year old self! Now, I pet sit for many people and families, and I find it so rewarding to care for, and make their fur babies feel comfortable and at ease while they are away. Change, and separation from their favorite humans can be so hard! That’s where I come in! I provide your furry family members with the continued daily routine they’re used to, in the comfort of their own home, so they can feel safe. I also give them lots of love, daily walks, playtime, and cuddles to keep them happy while you’re away.
