As a student at CU Boulder I do have classes 5 days a week, but other than those periods that I will be at class my schedule is super flexible!

While I do not have any animals in Boulder, I do have a dog and cat at home which I am always attentive to. I take my dog on at least 2 walks a day and make sure that he gets all his energy out before night so we can both sleep well!

One thing I always want to know is any anxiety triggers and how to help. I have dealt with a lot of dogs with separation anxiety as well as dogs that are scared of storms, so I always want to know what is the best way to ease their minds when these anxiety provoking events occur
A typical day
With my dog at home I usually start the morning with a quick walk to get him outside and to do his business. I am from the Dc area so I am not quite familiar with all the best walking locations in Boulder, though I am not sure you could ever go wrong with a walk in boulder

Pet care experience
I have had a dog my entire life and have consistently cared for my neighbors pets as well! Alongside this I have also fostered a number of puppies while they were in search for a home as well as volunteered with my local animal shelter a number of times. I always ensure that every animal gets the best care!

Heather is the best! She boarded my dog (Chief) and has done walks for him. Highly recommend!
Heather was absolutely amazing with our dog! She was super communicative and made sure to send pictures every day, which we really appreciated since we missed him so much. She was nice enough to do a meet and greet before we went out of town which made us incredibly comfortable and we would absolutely use her again!
Heather did a lovely job with our pups. She was conscientious, a great communicator, and sent photos regularly. She even washed her own sheets before she left the house, and left it neat and tidy. The dogs clearly had a great time, and got even more walking than they usually do with us alone! We’d hire her again in a heartbeat.
Heather did a good job taking care of Louie for the weekend, and would hire again.
