Hi, I'm Heather. I am a retired teacher therefore I am able to give unlimited attention to your pets. With over 30 years of experience caring for pets, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs, personalities, and quirks. Whether it’s energetic pups, senior dogs needing extra TLC, or dogs who love a quiet cuddle, I’ve cared for them all with love and attention. I live in a clean, spacious home with a large, secure garden, perfect for playtime and fresh air. My home is child-free, offering a calm and peaceful environment ideal for pets who prefer a quieter setting. I treat every pet like family, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for during their stay.

This was the first time I had left my rescue dog with someone, so I was a little apprehensive in case he was a problem for Heather. I was quickly reassured by Heather's obvious experience and love for dogs. Louis had a wonderful stay, totally relaxed and happy. Heather sent photos which showed him settled and truly in a 'home from home' situation. His healthcare needs were also met without a problem. We look forward to our next stay. Highly recommended.
Heather was absolutely fantastic with my spaniel, Ted! She looked after him for a few days and I couldn't have been more at ease. It’s clear she truly loves dogs and understands their needs—especially energetic breeds like spaniels. Ted came home happy, well-rested, and clearly well-loved. I’ll definitely be booking with Heather again. Highly recommended!"

Really delighted. I didn't have any qualms leaving Roscoe with Heather. She was attentive to his routine and all his quirks, and was mindful of any instructions/advice. She kept me up to date throughout the stay and I would thoroughly recommend Heather to anyone without any hesitation.
We have never felt more confident leaving our 10 year old border terrier than in the care of Heather. She provided regular updates whilst we were away which was lovely. Heather’s home is super pet friendly and a safe enclosed garden - a true home from home experience. Thank you so much again for looking after our pet. Would highly recommend.

In my home, pets enjoy a clean, peaceful environment with plenty of space to relax and play, including a large, secure garden for outdoor time. I follow their usual routines closely, from feeding schedules to favourite activities, and offer lots of attention and affection throughout the day.
