There may be short periods where I need to run to the store or do an activity with my kids. Please let me know in advance if you furry one has anxiety issues! ***Please note that if I do step out of the home that dogs will be crated for their own safety.***

I would like to know that the dogs preferences and schedules are. I want to make sure his/her stay is as comfortable as possible. I would also like to be informed if your pup is an escape artist so I can plan ahead! All dog MUST be child and cat friendly. Aggressive behavior may result in a stay ending early.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks: Our neighborhood or local parks. Your dog's sleeping arrangement: In my house! I don't believe in locking pets outside. My home is your pets home for the duration of their stay. Time I'll spend with your dog: I'm a homebody so they are stuck with me.

Hi, I’m Heather! I’ve been caring for pets—both my own and others’—since I got my first dog at 12 years old, and it’s been a true passion ever since. Now at 33, I offer a loving, pet-friendly home where your furry family member will feel right at home. We have a spacious, secure backyard perfect for playtime and burning off energy. Your pup will be pampered, well-cared for, and treated like one of our own. In addition to lots of human affection, they’ll have the chance to make friends with our sweet lab mix and calico cat. My two kids are also animal lovers and adore spending time with dogs and cats. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch or games in the yard, your pet will be surrounded by love and companionship during their stay!
