Hi, I'm Heather, and I love dogs! I have two fur babies of my own and have walked and watched countless others of all breeds and ages. I used to sit and walk in the Savannah area with tons of repeat clients and have since relocated to Fayetteville. **I have access to get on base if you live on Ft Liberty** I can walk them around your neighborhood, play in your back yard, or drive them to a local park- whatever your preference! For every walk I supply waste bags and water for your pup. Treats and medication can be administered upon request for no extra fee. Please also ignore the additional rates section - if you have multiple dogs that can be easily walked together or if it's just a house call I only charge the flat rate. While I can no longer accept boarding in my home or commit to staying in your home all day or overnight, I can arrange a discount for multiple drop ins to check on your pet while you are out of town depending on driving distance and level of care needed.

Heather was amazing with my two pups! I live out of state and called same day. She kept them in her home for a last minute job interview. She was even very flexible when my interview went later than expected. Definitely recommend her!!
Heather is great. I am so thankful to have found her. She took great care of both my dogs ( they are not easy dogs!) and she did awesome!!! I cannot accommodate animals in my home any longer but I am very careful when entering client's homes and making sure nobody makes a break for the doors. I have trained multiple dogs through multiple levels of obedience training and can navigate their body language to ensure safe interactions around the neighborhood or at dog parks. have experience caring for brachycephalic breeds and can find ways to exercise them without worry of overheating. I have also walked many senior clients and can adjust the walks as needed for their comfort level

Please let me know if your dog is an escape artist, anxious, aggressive, or has any other behavioral triggers. On occasion I may have my two daughters with me- they are trained to treat animals with respect and caution, but please let me know in advance if your dog is not tolerant around children.
A typical day
I love taking pets around the neighborhood, playing a good game of fetch or tug, and can take them to a local dog park as well. I bring water and waste bags to every appointment.

Availability
I am a graduate student but most of my classes are online, allowing me flexibility throughout the day. I am also in the reserves and will have training dates blocked out on my schedule in advance. During the summer I may have to bring my kids with me, so please let me know in advance if your dog is adverse to children. They have been trained to treat animals with caution and respect.
