I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather and the exceptional care she provided for Dexter. From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. Heather was kind, caring, attentive, and incredibly loving throughout the entire experience. She kept us updated, gave Dexter plenty of attention and affection, and made sure all of his needs were met. Knowing that Dexter was in such capable and compassionate hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. When we picked Dexter up, it was obvious he had been well cared for, happy, and comfortable. Heather goes above and beyond, and her dedication to the pets she cares for truly shows. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and loving pet sitter. We will absolutely use her services again and are so grateful for the wonderful care she provided to Dexter.

As usual, Heather and Craig treated our Vinnie as of he were one of their own. We so appreciated the many pics of our little guy having an amazing time. It truly allowed us to enjoy our "Mom/Dad" vacation. We are happy repeat customers (with peace of mind) and I know a Vinnie wouldn't want it any other way.
