LUCKY PUPPY BOARDING CLUB We cater to small dogs up to 25lbs ONLY - thank you! Hi there! I'm Heather, a seasoned pet care provider and small dog specialist. I retired from a management career in 2017 to fulfill my dream of becoming a Stay at Home Dog Mom to a sweet mini dachshund, Piper. My precious little friend hopped over the rainbow bridge at the ripe age of 17-and-change after spending many years making memories with her newfound pack of rotating Rover pals. I'm not quite ready to welcome a new addition of my own, but I feel like I have dozens of my own part-time pups to love thanks to the amazing boarding club that Piper helped inspire and manage. She was our wise, sassy house-marm and I'm convinced that our Rover pack helped keep her young at heart and spry up until her very last day. I loved my little dog in a slightly obsessive way, so I totally get it! It's my mission to treat your pups with just as much love and special care as I would my own. Heather was excellent, keeping us well informed about our dog, Atticus. We received a daily update along with pictures for the week we were away. Atticus settled in well and seems to have found a second home.

Heather was absolutely amazing with our little senior pup who can be a bit of an odd ball and needs medications 😆 the daily pupdates were perfect and Koda Bear looked very happy in all the photos. Heather is very personable and kind and overall just has a very positive vibe. Her home is lovely and perfect for little pups. I will def request Heather again!

Heather has been an amazing person to our two boys. They have stayed with her twice now and we get constant updates and cute pictures and the boys seem so happy. She is the kind of person you want your dogs to be with when you are out of town. She is our go-to now in a new place where we do not have family and friends to watch our pups. We know they are in GREAT loving hands!!!! 10 stars if I could.

Schedule
You can consider me your professional small dog nanny! I spend all day prioritizing care for your little besties. I do take on freelance projects from time to time, but those are remote and flexible so that I can put your pups first.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard that provides plenty of space to romp and frolic - or to just sit around and watch the neighborhood squirrel and bird shows. I keep a tidy home and pride myself on providing a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment. We often play classical music in the background to promote happy vibes, love to lounge outdoors on a sunny afternoon, and provide lots of of pets and pup massages throughout the day for our pampered pals.
A typical day
It all depends on what your pup prefers! We can play with toys, practice commands for treats, or just watch tv and share lots of cuddles. Maybe we'll get out for an adventure and a sniffabout at one of our favorite beautiful local parks. Each day varies depending on the group and the mood. But we make sure to have happy days around here, and your pup will receive tons of love and attentive care no matter what agenda unfolds!
