I have a dog who I’ve previously had to take to a dog park and walk multiple times a day due to living in an apartment complex and now we have an enclosed backyard so I’m familiar with caring for a pet in various environments. Whatever your dog needs, I can provide. I have common sense and use good judgement.

My own dog is reactive so I’m familiar with managing animals that don’t play well with others or who need personalized approach to care— just let me know what your dog needs to feel safe. I also prefer to meet with a pet initially in a neutral space where they won’t be territorial.
A typical day
When providing care to pets I try to use information provided by the owner as well as assessing how the animal is feeling to decide what activities to do for exercise. We can play fetch, go on walks, jogs, and I prefer to go to places for walks where I don’t have to worry about stray animals being an issue.

Heather was great! She stopped by to meet the dogs a couple of times before she was scheduled to care for them. She gave regular, brief updates so I knew that she got to the house and how the dogs were adjusting.
Heather was truly outstanding! The care and effort she put into my furbabies was completely phenomenal. She has excellent communication, keeps a timely schedule, and is compassionate and patient. I'll be calling on her every time I'm away from home. I couldn't possibly give her enough commendation or praise. I'm so thankful that she was here for my critters while I was away. She is amazing!
