I have decades of experience with both cats and dogs! I have a reactive/senior dog that I have had since he was a puppy. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I have had training with him, to help give him his best life. I have experience with both dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten to senior age and every age in between. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. I have experience with dogs with special needs, such as, blindness and special dietary needs. I have experience with active/herding dogs as well. My senior dog Willow, was a boarder/lab. She recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. She was over 13. She was a very active girl. I also have 2 grand dogs. A 4 year old male Great Dane/hound and a 1 1/2 year old male Australian shepherd. I take care of them from time to time when my family needs me too. I also have several clients that I regularly take care of their pets while they’re either at work or away on vacation. I offer several types of services for your pets. I can do drop ins/potty breaks, walks/playtime or overnight stays when you’re away or on vacation. I also provide photos/videos, so that you can see how much fun your fur baby is having while you’re away! I do have experience with multiple dogs/cats households. Safety, trust & environment
When caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions for your pets needs. We can discuss how much time your pet can be left alone, as well as, if they need to be crated while left alone. If I am taking care of your pet while you’re away for overnight stays, I will generally check on your pet every 4 to 5 hours unless noted otherwise.

Heather was absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! After some disappointing experiences with other sitters in the past, I was nervous about leaving my cats while I was away, but Heather went way beyond anything I could have hoped for. She checked in on my girls four times a day, which is a lot, and every single time she gave them so much love, attention, and care. She sent tons of pictures and kept me updated throughout the entire trip, so there was never a moment where I had to wonder how they were doing or whether they were being taken care of. Most importantly, it was obvious from the pictures and updates just how comfortable and at ease my girls were with her. Being able to actually relax on vacation and know that they were safe, happy, and in such good hands meant more to me than I can say. Heather truly went above and beyond, and I’ve already recommended her to basically every friend and family member I know who has animals. 😂 Absolutely five stars. If you’re considering Heather to take care of your pets, don’t hesitate. I would trust her with my girls again in a heartbeat! ❤️
They were great for my household of pets! Understanding to a variety of needs, open and adaptable to changes and sent many pictures throughout the day for peace of mind! They even were about to get our shy cat out of hiding and lots of pets and cuddles! Would book again :)
This duo provides service and care I can trust. My male cat feels the same! The proof? A photograph of him lying on his back, asking for some “love”.

Once again Heather was amazing. She, as always, was communicative and loving to my pups. She even called to tell me the progress she made with Mischa (my dog who likes no one). Heather is the best and I would recommend her to everyone.

Schedule
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available most days with notice ahead of time. On occasion, I can do non-scheduled pet care times as well.
