I have decades of experience with both cats and dogs! I have a reactive/senior dog that I have had since he was a puppy. He also suffered from severe separation anxiety, that I had to help him with when we first got him. I rescued him from the Humane Society. I have had training with him, to help give him his best life. I have experience with both dogs and cats, from puppy/kitten to senior age and every age in between. I do have basic pet training skills, including leash training, as well. I also can administer oral medication when needed for dogs. I have experience with dogs with special needs, such as, blindness and special dietary needs. I have experience with active/herding dogs as well. My senior dog Willow, was a boarder/lab. She recently crossed over the rainbow bridge. She was over 13. She was a very active girl. I also have 2 grand dogs. A 4 year old male Great Dane/hound and a 1 1/2 year old male Australian shepherd. I take care of them from time to time when my family needs me too. I also have several clients that I regularly take care of their pets while they’re either at work or away on vacation. I offer several types of services for your pets. I can do drop ins/potty breaks, walks/playtime or overnight stays when you’re away or on vacation. I also provide photos/videos, so that you can see how much fun your fur baby is having while you’re away! I do have experience with multiple dogs/cats households. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) and helping to provide caregiving services for your pet!

When caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions for your pets needs. We can discuss how much time your pet can be left alone, as well as, if they need to be crated while left alone. If I am taking care of your pet while you’re away for overnight stays, I will generally check on your pet every 4 to 5 hours unless noted otherwise.

Heather was great with our dog and our foster dog. She came for a meeting ahead to meet the dogs and hear about their needs. She was on time and clear about her schedule with our pups and balancing with others she cares for on a regular basis. She stayed overnight while one of us was in the hospital. She was great with updates and pictures. She is very kind, caring and calm. Our pups were quite happy and while glad to see us were content (as opposed to frantic). This says a lot about the energy and care Heather provides. Thanks so much Heather!!
Heather is AWESOME! I will definitely use Heather again. Heather came to my house for a meet and greet and spent time getting to know me and my pets. This was very important because it also gave me an opportunity to get to know Heather. The next day, Heather came back for a drop in visit. She is truly a professional and puts the needs and wellbeing of the animals first. She doesn’t just feed and let them go potty but she also loves them and plays with them. She is 100% an animal lover. Thank you Heather!

I can’t recommend Heather highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear she genuinely cares about my pup and takes her responsibilities seriously. Heather provided excellent care for him and kept me updated with photos and messages, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away.
Heather is simply the best you can ask for. Mercy absolutely adores her and she is always so attentive and caring about his needs. He loves playing ball with her and give her kisses too. Heather communicated with us throughout our trip and sent the most adorable pictures of our Mercy. When I leave, I have no anxiety or stress if Mercy is in good care. She always leaves the house tidy, cleans up after Mercy, and follows directions to the T. Again, I had many sitters in the past and she is by far the best and caring dog sitter. We love her so much!

Programa
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I am available most days with notice ahead of time. On occasion, I can do non-scheduled pet care times as well.
