Let’s turn walks into adventures! I love incorporating “sniffaris” (letting dogs explore with their noses), urban agility (using steps, poles, and safe obstacles), and fun brain games to keep them physically and mentally engaged. For more shy or anxious pets, I provide a calm, patient, and reassuring presence. I also offer gentle training support for things like grooming, nail trims, and impulse control—always using positive reinforcement. My background includes years of experience at PetSmart’s PetsHotel & small pet care department, volunteering with the Fox Valley Animal Welfare League, and hands-on training in canine behavior, agility, conformation, nosework, and FastCAT. Whether your pet needs extra exercise, companionship, or specialized care, I’d love to help. Let’s make their time with me a happy, enriching experience!

Safety, trust & environment
I will come to your house to feed, play with and walk your pets with an extra leash in addition to your own to increase safety. Poop bags at the ready! During play, I may even teach them a trick or two for a fun engagement.

Heather is always so attentive to my dog’s needs! I have a senior girl at home who is set in her ways, but she took to Heather immediately. She sends very detailed updates with photos AND videos to keep you in the loop. So glad we found her!!
