I'm currently back to working in office during the week, so my schedule may not be as open as previously. Usually weekends are free and I can try to be as flexible as possible with arrangements. My husband, Aaron, and I sometimes stagger our work schedules by a couple of hours- just trying to have someone home to keep the pups company.

Please let me know of any special needs or specific requests. I typically send a minimum of 1 update with a picture a day (but often send whole photo albums of funny snaps) Dog boarding: 24 hour period (plus 4 hr leeway for pickup) Doggie Day care: 1-12 hours, not including overnight. Please schedule accordingly, depending on your requested hours. I kindly ask that drop offs and pick ups generally happen between the hours of 7am - 8pm. I understand that you may need a different time...Please just communicate this to me and I will do my best to work with you! I'm pretty close to the airport, so I try to accommodate flight changes as much as possible. Aaron and I look forward to caring for your pups. See you soon!
A typical day
I can't wait to get to know your pup and make sure they're nice and cozy. So far, all the visiting dogs have made themselves honorary shadows and helped me out by following me from room to room- making sure to keep me company 24/7. I'd definitely describe the atmosphere as more laid back and relaxed.

My husband, Aaron, and I have always had dogs. We love taking our pup on daily walks and watching her explore. Having had several special dogs over the years, I know the anxiety that exists when trying to find the best care for your fur baby. First hand experience with a variety of behavioral and medical issues and always take the care to work through their issues with patience and understanding. I have raised a pair of yellow labs from 8 weeks old to nearly 15 years old and my latest German Shepherd was almost 14 (sadly, I recently had to put her down). I've fostered numerous labs and shepherds and other random breeds.

Heather loves Annie Mae *almost* as much as Annie Mae loves Heather. (And Poppy!) Such a warm and welcoming environment. And Heather is very understanding when travel plans go a little sideways. We are so lucky to have Heather in our life!
