I’m a WFH dog lover!
I have owned dogs my whole life. I currently have an 11 year old Yorkiepoo, Riley. I have a large backyard that is fenced in for the dogs to run and play. My home is one story so it is also senior dog friendly. Riley does well with other dogs.

Heather recently watched our 4 month old puppy. She was very prompt on responding to any questions or concerns we had and was great being flexible when we had to change a date due to a work conflict. She provided us with picture updates and very our dog lots of attention and outdoor playtime. She did an amazing job and we will definitely be reaching out to her for future dates!
Heather is great, she keep me updated day by day on how my pup is doing. I feel totally at peace when I leave on vacation knowing my puppy girls is well taken care for.
Heather is amazing! Hansen was so comfy and happy in her home.
Lacey loves Heather and so do we. We are able to have a great time on vacations without ever worrying about her. We know our little girl is having fun and being well taken care of!! We have booked Heather numerous times and will continue to have her take care of Lacey for us! She is great!

Schedule
I work from home so I am always available to provide TLC! If I do leave the home it’s for 4 hours or less. If there was an extenuating circumstance I would make you aware before confirming the reservation. I do not have children of my own, however I have 5 year old twin niece and nephew and a 2 year old nephews that spend some weekends with me. They also love dogs and are use to following any directions given to them about a dog (such as they don’t like to be touched, don’t bother them while they’re eating, etc.) I do prefer to only keep dogs who are friendly with children as I do prioritize any weekend my niece and nephews want to spend at my house.

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to crate dogs when I’m not home though I am flexible on this depending on the situation. My Yorkiepoo feels safest when crated when I’m not home so he is always crated if I’m not there. I’m willing to discuss the needs of your furbabies so they’re the most comfortable they can be while being away from you. I’m also open to any new clients coming and seeing my home before making a decision to board with me. I understand it can be anxiety inducing leaving our furbabies and being able to see the environment they may be staying in can help! I know I struggle when having to leave my dog because he is a creature of habit and I want to know that he will be as comfortable as possible! I would also like to provide that peace of mind for your pets. I’m open to keeping puppies who aren’t spayed/neutered yet, however I’m not able to accommodate adult dogs who aren’t spayed/neutered.
Pets
A typical day
Play time in a large backyard that is fenced so they can run around and play in the open. I never leave dogs unattended while they’re outside. Walks around the neighborhood. Lots of TLC! I always follow whatever feeding schedule they are use to at home. I am also willing to accommodate “free feeders” as my Yorkiepoo is best suited for “free feeding” so I understand that need as well!

- Do they have any special needs? Need medications during the day, allergic to bee stings, etc. Are they friendly with other dogs as I have one dog of my own. He isn’t a big playtime pup with other dogs, but is use to others coming and going in our home. Are they house trained? (I am prepared for accidents to happen as this does tend to happen in a new environment even for house trained dogs and because of all the “dog smells” in my home.) Are they crate trained? (I have a small and large crate to accommodate any dogs that are crate trained and I’m also open to owners bringing their own crate if that makes their fur baby more comfortable.)
