I prefer to crate dogs when I’m not home though I am flexible on this depending on the situation. My Yorkiepoo feels safest when crated when I’m not home so he is always crate if I’m not there. I’m willing to discuss the needs of your furbabies so they’re the most comfortable they can be while being away from you. I’m also open to any new clients coming and seeing my home before making a decision to board with me. I understand it can be anxiety inducing leaving our furbabies and being able to see the environment they may be staying in can help! I know I struggle when having to leave my dog because he is a creature of habit and I want to know that he will be as comfortable as possible! I would also like to provide that peace of mind for your pets.

Do they have any special needs? Need medications during the day, allergic to bee stings, etc. are they friends with other dogs as I have two dogs of my own. Are they house trained? Are they crate trained?
A typical day
Play time in a large backyard that is fenced so they can run around and play in the open. Walks around the neighborhood. Lots of TLC!

Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my whole life. I currently have a 9 year old Yorkiepoo, Riley. I have a large backyard that is fenced in for the dogs to run and play. My home is one story so it is also senior dog friendly. Riley does well with other dogs.

Lacey loves Heather and so do we. We are able to have a great time on vacations without ever worrying about her. We know our little girl is having fun and being well taken care of!! We have booked Heather numerous times and will continue to have her take care of Lacey for us! She is great!
Heather did a great job with Buddy. She was attentive to his needs and he was relaxed and happy in her care. Will definately book again. Thank you Heather!
