I will check on your cat’s dry food, if available, and make sure that it is always full. I will feed your feline friends at the times they are used to, and provide fresh water every time I visit. I will clean the litter box, take out any trash as needed, and spend quality time with your kitty—pets, lap time, and lots of loving affirmations! I will even tidy up around the house if you had to get out in a hurry! My typical stay for a drop-in is about 30 minutes.

A typical day
I will talk to, play, and cuddle with your kitty, giving lots of petting if that’s what they like! I will check in about their day and we will make sure to spend some quality time together :).

I got my first kitty when I was around 10 years old—my best friend and I rescued a two baby brothers who had been abandoned on the side of the road. I will never forget Checkers and Midnight. Since then, I have been honored to care for and be loved by many cats~my current is a sweet and beautiful Russian Blue named Blu. I will care for your cats like they are royalty—which, of course, all cats are! They will not only get fresh food, water, change of litter, but lots of pets and cuddles!

From the very first time I met Heather back in 2008 when her Sister brought me home to her to approve of me, Heather was and still is a genuinely kind and loving soul who demonstrated that positive energy from the beginning. Listen up, I'm a cynical curmudgeon from New York City who also happen to be a serious animal lover so I'm fairly good at reading people. So not only do I trust her as my now Sister-In-Law, but I literally entrusted her with Blu (Named after one of my favorite rappers) the cat that Raychel (Heather's Sister and my Wife) and I let adopt from us after looking after her and our other two cats over the Summer of 2025. Heather has also worked with special needs children and she's very much in touch with nature so if you're looking for a character reference, then yes, I highly recommend Heather who I'm very proud to have a Sister-In-Law and a friend. Heather took wonderful care of our cats while we were away, and we could not have felt more at ease. She is incredibly sweet, nurturing, and calm, which made a big difference for our kitties. It was clear they were well cared for and comfortable in her presence. Heather is very attentive and understanding of each cat’s personality, and she kept us updated while we were gone, which we really appreciated. We came back to a happy home and everything in great shape. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and loving pet caregiver.
