Hello and thank you for checking out my Rover profile. My name is Heather and I can't wait to meet you and your dog(s) and/or cat(s). I enjoy building relationships with all my clients, even if I only see them one time. Animals have been and are an important part of my life. I grew up with gerbils, hamsters, fish, cats, dogs and horses. I’ll treat your fur babies as if they’re my own—lots of kindness and love. I have many years of experience house and pet sitting. I enjoy walking, playing, cuddling and caring for them. Animals are more than just pets, they truly are family and companions. I promise to care for your furry family member just like you do. I visit Humane Society to walk dogs and provide affection for dogs/cats on a regular basis. I participate in Walk for Animals. I’m a dog aunt and care take him when his family is gone as well as interact with him regularly (walks, cuddles, playtime, etc). I work full time so I would be available for walks and/or visits in the evening on weekdays and all day/evenings on weekends. No aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of biting. Home owner is responsible for all outside services: lawn mowing, watering, snow and ice removal, etc. I do provide sitter service outside of my mile radius for three plus day stays. Heather became friends with my dog Cooper almost instantly from the moment they met. She’s taken great care of my 10.5 year old little Belgian Malinois while I was on a several day vacation, and sent me plenty of pictures for each drop-in visit. The questions she gave me during our introductory meet up were focused and insightful, which showed she has a depth of dog care knowledge know how that comes experience. I would happily recommend her for dog care services.

We had such a great experience with our in-home pet sitter, Heather! She was incredibly communicative from start to finish and asked lots of thoughtful questions to make sure she understood exactly how to care for both our home and Louie. It was clear that she genuinely wanted to keep his routine consistent and make sure he was comfortable while we were away. She was attentive, responsible, and went above and beyond what we expected. We came home to a happy Louie and a well-cared-for home, which gave us so much peace of mind. She truly exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely trust her to care for Louie again!

The weekend went very smoothly with Heather. The dogs were well taken care of and our house was in great condition when we returned home. Heather is very thorough, responsive and really cares about our pups. Thanks Heather!
