Caring for your pets like my own
I have been fortunate enough to be surrounded by animals my whole life. I started house sitting/pet sitting in college. I couldn't believe how lucky I was to have a job that included taking care of animals. I have always had dogs and cats in my home. I had the incredible opportunity to take care of a tortoise for about 8 years. I got Arnie the turtlenator when he was the size of my palm but once he was too large for me to pick him up I found him a loving home with a family that had the amount of space he needed. I learned a lot about taking care of reptiles during that time. My amazing dog Ziggy of 12 years passed away before the pandemic started and I work in the healthcare field so I didn't feel it was the right time to bring a new pet in my home while I was working so much. For the first time in my life I find myself without a pet in my home and I couldn't be happier to give your pet all my love and attention while you are away.

I have been taking care of pets in other peoples homes since college. I will treat your home and pet with great care like they are my own. I know how important it is to have someone you trust taking care of your pet while you are not with them. I want you to be able to not worry about your pets while you are away so you can enjoy yourself.

Heather is such a nice person and she did a great job with my shy dog. She got up early and walked her before work and everything. Even got her to cuddle a bit.
Heather is reliable, and all all pets are happy to see her! The house and animals are all well cared for while she is here. She sends great pics and is great at communicating! She has stayed with our animals several times, and it has always been great.
Heather ⭐️⭐️ took wonderful care of my four year-old poodle. She made sure he was walked before the summer heat arrived each day. My dog is not easy to walk since he barks at other dogs. Heather ⭐️⭐️ was great and sent pictures of my dog each day so I never worried about him. She also contacted me a couple of times with a few minor issues that came up in my home, which she addressed immediately. I so appreciated her attention to these matters. All in all - very pleased. My dog and I will definitely welcome her back in the future. Thank you, Heather
Heather was wonderful with the two new kittens- she let them play each day and even bought them a toy! She also rescued the plants from the little attackers.

Schedule
I currently work Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5pm in Concord. I'm available for weekends and happy to do overnights. I'm available during the week for overnights as well.

- Prior to booking I like to have an in-person meet and greet where we go through your pet's routine and any special needs or concerns I should be aware of. I like to do this so I can maintain as much consistency as possible while you are away to reduce stress.
