I provide reliable, in-home pet care focused on consistency, safety, and following each pet’s established routine. I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats with a wide range of temperaments, including rescues, seniors, and high-maintenance pets. I’m attentive to body language, stress signals, and environmental safety, and I adjust my approach based on the individual animal rather than using a one-size-fits-all style. I’m comfortable administering medications, adhering to strict care instructions, and maintaining routines so pets feel secure while their owners are away.

Heather did an amazing job. My dog & cat where well looked after while I was gone for 9 days. Heather kept in touch with me, sent me pictures of my dog & cat texted me on how they are doing. I am very happy with Heather. I have no problems with using her again in the future.
What a great first experience with Rover.com. I needed a last minute doggy day care for my pup Ruby. Heather responded quickly, provided answers to my many questions and was able to meet within an hour of our first contact. Ruby spent one day there and had a BLAST. She fit in perfectly with Heather's family and pups. At first I was concerned that Heather's home did not have a fenced enclosure as Ruby doesn't always come when call. Heather assured me that Ruby would never be outside alone and that the property was large and secluded so there was little chance of her running off. It worked out perfectly. I couldn't have been more pleased. As a special bonus - Ruby came home with a new toy to remember her visit. Without a doubt, I will be a repeat customer. Heather, thanks for everything.
I have known Heather for over 20 years and she has always been an animal person. She grew up with her mother who takes in animals as a foster parent untill they are adopted out and has assisted with the animals needs. Heather has many years experience with all types of animals and how to care for them. I would highly recommend her.
