Great first experience using Rover with Heather! We didn’t have anyone to watch our Goldendoodle and Aussiedoodle, so we found Heather on Rover—and we’re really glad we did. Her pricing was very reasonable, and throughout the stay she kept us updated with photos and videos, which we really appreciated. Yogi and Yoga seemed to truly enjoy their time with her and her pets, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we need someone to watch our dogs.

This was Lucious’s second stay with Heather, and once again she was amazing. She is very courteous, reliable, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away for the weekend . It’s such a relief knowing my dog is in caring and trustworthy hands. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable sitter!

Heather was absolutely amazing over the 8 days she watched my dogs. She was very kind, helpful, flexible, and accommodating, which made everything so much easier for me. My dogs came back healthy, happy, and it truly looked like they had a wonderful time in her care. Drop-offs and pick-ups were smooth, and I really appreciated that my dogs didn’t have to meet certain restrictions like age limits—I’ve had issues with that in the past, so it meant a lot. I would definitely recommend Heather to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. Thank you again!

Heather took amazing care of Memphis while we were out of town!! Provided updates about how he was doing as well. She lived down the street which made it very convenient:)

I’m torn on how to review our experience. We are thankful that she helped us out last minute - especially so close to Christmas. We were coming from Missouri and needed a place for our golden doodle last minute. Obviously Izzie can’t tell us how it went. So we can only assume she was safe and cared for while she was there. But we just felt a little unsure about some things, which is why I can’t leave 5 stars. I can absolutely understand not wanting to invite random people into my home, but it also felt like maybe there should have been a little more of a front door open peak into where she would be staying, but it felt like the door was barely opened enough to let her in and out each time. (We also understand there were other dogs/pets that I am sure might try to get out - but it just didn’t reassure us when we don’t know the area or the people.) I also know updates and pictures aren’t required but as a first time client I would have loved a little more feedback during her stay (especially after expressing our desire to get updates about how she was doing because we’ve never left her with people we didn’t know). I am sure Izzie was safe — which is why I would think 3 stars is fair — but because of the above experiences, I don’t think we would keep Izzie here again.
