I've been caring for dogs of all sizes since I was 8, and I quickly build trust with every dog I meet. I love active play, reinforcing basic commands, and making sure dogs feel safe, comfortable, and understood in my care. I'm calm, patient, and consistent, and I can gently but firmly redirect behavior when needed. I always follow each owner's routines and preferences closely so their dog feels secure and at ease. Many friends trust me with their dogs and regularly recommend me, and I take that responsibility seriously.

In my clients home, I feed the dogs, take them on walks or play with them in the yard depending on the dog. I also play with them inside, as well as giving them lots of love and some treats.

A typical day
I love to keep dogs happy, so I will play frisbee with them, or play with their favorite toy. I will also have them do some basic commands to keep them stimulated. We will also go on walks.

I play a lot with the dogs and consider their needs. . I listen to what the owner of the dog prefers. Lots of my friends who have dogs trust me with their dogs and recommend me to others. I am also very reliable when it comes to the care of your dog

Took very good care of my dogs. They were happy to see her.
Heather was brave enough to house sit our cane corso for us, knowing he was going to be scared of her and not likely to warm up to her. She was very patient with him. She said he did finally come take a treat from her but immediately ran away. This was probably the best experience we’ve had with him as he was able to go in and out on his, and he ate every meal after she would leave. We’re very grateful for her!
Heather is really good with our big scared dog. Tonight we scheduled a drop in visit to feed him dinner while we were out and she did great. It was a success! She also got to hang with our small dog who loves everyone.
Heather was amazing with Rip & Diesel. I couldn’t ask for a better house / dog sitter. It was a last minute booking and Heather came through for me. I will rebook for sure with Heather.
