Dog Lover and Owner for 10 Years
I have had my dog for 10 years now, and I absolutely adore taking her on walks and going on adventures together. I was her main trainer in the family, even though I was merely 14 at first! I am 24 now and my love of dogs has only grown. My family and friends often have me dog-sit for them, because I truly enjoy any time spent with our furry friends, and because I believe it is incredibly important to have someone savvy take care of your dogs! I always am researching and learning more about dogs to make sure that I am giving my girl the absolute best. I have helped train puppies, taken care of seniors, and have cared for reactive dogs. I would love to help take care of your furry family members and give them all the pets they want!

I am more than willing to follow whatever routine you already have set for your dog, and I am happy to reinforce any training methods you are working on! I do not mind if there are special requirements, as your dog's safety and comfort is the most important thing.

Heather was so great with our puppy, I felt so calm knowing she was in wonderful hands, she sent pictures to keep me updated and tuckered her out with some training which was much appreciated!
Heather took great care of our XL rottweiler/dogo mixed breed who is high energy and extremely intelligent. Heather was great with my pup! I was nervous about leaving her due to her separation anxiety but from the moment we arrived Heather was so attentive and made her feel at ease. I returned to a very sleepy puppy so I know they had so much fun and I was relieved to hear how well everything went. I will definitely be booking Heather again!!
Heather is a dog whisperer! We trust her with our two dogs whenever we head out of town for the weekend or even just the day. They're always tired and happy when we pick them up. She's able to read the room and know if our reactive dog needs some alone time, or if he's ready to socialize. Our border collie needs a lot of exercise - Heather always makes sure she's had a good walk, a long sniff and one million ball throws. It's great knowing our dogs are left in very caring and capable hands!
Heather is one of those people who can’t help but turn on the baby voice when she sees an animal, no matter who’s around her. She’s loves them fiercely and will absolutely put their specific needs and care above all else. She is kind, patient, and always strives to go above and beyond. You could not ask for a more responsible or passionate caregiver.

Programa
I am currently in a college program that is primarily asynchronous, and therefore, my schedule is pretty open! With proper notice, I can be available on any day of the week.
