Once again Heather took incredible care of my cat and dog. She sends such great updates and I can tell my pets love spending time with her. She’s the best!

Heather stepped in to help when I needed to go out of town last minute. She came early when she knew my cat would be alone for a while the day before, and provided really thorough updates. At this point my cat adores her. Heather is very professional and gives me so much peace of mind when I’m out of town. I would recommend Heather to any of my friends.

We've used Heather to dogsit for us a few times, and she's been great. Unfortunately this time she missed the mark a bit - our dog was left alone for long periods of time, Heather showed up late, and our dog ended up having an accident because of it, which has never happened before. Heather was not proactive in her communication about this and didn't let us know that our dog spent basically the entire first and last day of dogsitting alone.

Heather’s taken care of my pets a few times now and she always goes above and beyond to make sure they’re comfortable and I’m kept in the loop on how things are going. I appreciate her so much and my dog and cat love her!

Heather is the absolute best. We have 3 very sweet, very social, but super naughty cats: Watson, Jarvis, and Penny. Heather handled multiple mystery cat puke episodes, pried plastic out of Jarvis’ mouth, pampered Watson (as per his demands, monitored 2 boys w/urinary tract issues, and clearly gave all 3 cats plenty of love and care. Heather is always our first choice. We don’t worry about our cats when Heather is caring for them because we know she will care for them as we do.
