Heather was very easy to work with! She offered to do a meet n greet beforehand, and was available last minute. Heather took care of our two dogs for the weekend, and they loved her. She was very clean and respectful. Would recommend!

She offered to come to to my apartment for a meet and greet prior to confirming the sit, going above and beyond to make sure we all felt comfortable for her week long stay.
