I worked at a doggie daycare for 2 years and then at an off-leash pack hiking company for 2 more years. I have experience with all different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I like to take a calm and patient approach to get to know each dog as an individual. I understand that some pups need time to warm up, and I always try to stay tuned into their body language and comfort level. My goal is to help your dog feel safe, confident, and happy, not rushed or overwhelmed. I care deeply about building trust and giving them positive experiences. I love to take dogs on long hikes in the mountains, but would also be happy to just chill with someone who wants less activity.

Heather was an amazing sitter for Mr. Killer! She made me feel completely comfortable leaving him in her care and followed all of his instructions and routines. Mr. Killer can be a little nervous and barky at first, but she was patient, understanding, and treated him with so much kindness. She kept me updated, and I could tell he was safe, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. It gave me such peace of mind during my trip. I would definitely trust her with Mr. Killer again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Heather is awesome. She stayed with our dog for 2 nights. She took great care of her and took her on different adventures. She also left our place cleaner than she found it. She was very responsive and communicative. We will definitely use her again.
