Hello, my name is Heather I am 36 year's old I am currently a stay at home mom plus part time student. I have 5 children of all ages from 2-18 so your animal must be kid friendly we also have 3 fur babies that live here so please no aggressive animals. Aggressive animals are liabilities not only for myself but for the pet owner as well. We do not allow pet's on furniture or bed's. My services include Boarding,Walking,Grooming/Bathing and overnight boarding as well but at an additional charge. Due to Covid-19 Regulations No pet owner will be allowed no further than the gate. Chloe's stay with Heather was refreshing. She sent me pictures and a video almost on a daily basis to show me how well Chloe was adjusting with me being away. I will definitely use Heather again!

On the upside, Heather and Tyrone were very responsive, great communication, sent pics daily, and graciously worked with us when I mistakenly booked the wrong weekend. They also gave us some grace during the "pick up window" when our flight home was canceled (which we really appreciated). Overall, they were kind and easy to work with. On the downside, they have several large dogs who (naturally) don't take kindly to a strange pup in their territory. As such, our dog was kept inside for the entire weekend stay. He was very dirty when we got him back and clearly he had not been out for some time (as he pee'd more than I had ever seen him pee as soon as we picked him up). There was an outline of dirt on his coat where the harness had rubbed his fur thin, indicating that he had been left in his walking harness during the entire stay.
