I grew up with dogs and have been around animals my entire life. As a teenager, I worked at a local dog kennel where I walked dogs, cleaned kennels, assisted the groomer, and helped care for dogs of all sizes and personalities. I’ve also owned both indoor and outdoor cats and understand that every cat has its own routine and personality. Over the years, I’ve regularly cared for the pets of friends, family, and neighbors, providing walks, feeding, playtime, litter box cleaning, medications when needed, and plenty of love and attention. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets. I’ll treat them as if they were my own, making sure they’re safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and happy to send updates and photos after every visit.

I provide care in your home, where your pets are most comfortable and can stay on their normal routine. I’ll follow your instructions carefully, whether that’s feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, medications, or litter box cleaning. I understand that every pet is different, and I’ll treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would my own. You’ll always receive updates and photos after each visit so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

Heather is a huge animal lover and has extensive history working in an animal shelter with dogs and has pet cats. She is extremely responsible and trustworthy with great work ethic and a good intuition for what is right. She gets along extremely well with my dogs who both have anxiety. They trust her and love her very much, which says a lot. They get so excited to see her. She has also cared for my rabbit. She knows how to approach him so he's not scared and comfortable with her. I highly recommend her as a person to care for your pets.

I currently have daytime and evening availability and can be flexible to meet your pet’s routine. As a mom of two middle school boys, I’m organized and dependable, and I plan my schedule around my family’s activities. Whether your pet needs a midday walk, dinner, playtime, or a check-in while you’re away, I’ll arrive on time and provide the care and attention they deserve.
