Heather was great! She was timely and coordinated walks with my mother while we were out of town. When we returned our boy was super happy and relaxed because he had gotten all the exercise he needed. She also provided pictures and a nice update every day! We will definitely be booking her again!
Heather was amazing with our pets. They both loved her. I appreciated pictures and details from each visit. Definitely would love to have Heather help care for our animals again.
We have had several sitters from Rover watch our dog over the years and they were really good, but Heather is the absolute BEST! She communicated with us after every visit and sent photos. She even took out our trash & recycling bins, and even brought them back in. She washed his dishes and even filled our bird feeder. She was very thorough in her communications, and made our vacation even better knowing our Baron was in great hands! We will definitely use her again!
We had a wonderful experience with Heather! She checked in daily and consistently sent fantastic photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear from the updates that our pets were happy, relaxed, and genuinely loved spending time with her. She was reliable and attentive.
