My animals are my everything and I know how hard it is to trust them with someone else. Yes, I am that dog Mom. Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember! From horses to parrots to cats and dogs of every size, I've never known life without them and it is such an privilege to care for them. I've trained service dogs and have experience with everything from toy breeds to gentle giants. I have experience volunteering at horse and dog rescues. My own two dogs are a bonded pair (a service dog and a therapy dog.) I believe our furry companions are family, and that's exactly how yours will be treated while in my care. Whether your pet needs playtime, companionship, exercise, or simply a loving place to feel comfortable, I provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to their individual personality and needs. I am communicative, respectful, responsible and attentive. Your furry family member will be loved and cared for as one of my own!

Heather is one of those persons you know immediately as a dog person. We walked together on weekends with other pups and their owners, and during this time Heather brought first one dog, then another when he was old enough, introducing them skillfully so that all could enjoy each other. She trained them well and cared for them (and still does), feeding them healthy ingredients and exercising them regularly (especially with their beloved balls!). I’m sure Heather will care for other pets professionally and with love and compassion.

She welcomed my two German Shepherds into her home to swim in her pool with her two dogs back when we lived close to one another. I know Heather from her walking her dogs around the neighborhood for a long time, and you can tell how much she loves them. They’re calm, well-behaved, and clearly used to being handled with patience. She pays attention ,no phone, zoning, no yanking, just steady and kind. Schedule
My schedule is flexible. I am home full-time allowing me to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and individualized care. As a lifelong animal lover and dog mom to a service dog and a therapy dog, caring for animals is already part of my daily routine. Your pet will enjoy regular potty breaks, playtime, exercise, affection, and plenty of opportunities to relax and feel at home. I only accept one boarding guest at a time after a screening.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my priorities. With experience caring for animals of all sizes and training service dogs, I understand the importance of routines, patience, and individualized attention. My home is shared with my two bonded dogs, a German Shepherd and a Labrador. I require a meet-and-greet before boarding to ensure everyone is comfortable together. I follow each pet's feeding, exercise, and care instructions and provide a loving, supervised environment where they're treated like family.

Having two working dogs I understand the need for mental stimulation and dog training. I am currently working on getting certified in Dog training, but I do have about 30 years of personal Dog training so we can custom design what activities your dogs will enjoy the best.
