Hi, I’m Heather! Caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in the country, my family was always rescuing, rehabilitating, and nurturing animals of all kinds. Over the years I’ve cared for everything from dogs and cats to raccoons, deer, owls, crows, and many other animals in need. My love for animals has always been at the heart of who I am. As a pet owner myself, I understand that every pet is family. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to provide the same love, patience, and attention that you would give them yourself. That’s exactly the level of care I strive to provide. I also have experience caring for pets with medical needs. My own St. Bernard had required allergy treatments and medications, so I’m comfortable administering oral medications, injections, and insulin when needed. I’ve also cared for diabetic dogs that required daily insulin injections, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s individual care routine. While my experience hasn’t come from working in a veterinary clinic or boarding facility, it comes from years of hands-on care, rescuing animals, and loving pets with all kinds of personalities and needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, endless playtime, quiet companionship, or extra cuddles, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is simple: to care for your pets as if they were my own, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing they’re in loving, dependable hands.
