Hello! My name is Heather. I am 53 and semi-retired. I drive for Uber to fill some of my time. I have cared for animals all of my life, starting with a farm when I was little. My first dog was named Tandy and my first cat was Tasha. I have been a fur baby mamma, pretty much always, as well as a sitter for friends and family. I have experience with puppies, kittens and senior animals. I recently moved to Asheville and into a place that doesn’t allow pets. I miss having a fur baby, so it would be an honor to care for yours.

Safety, trust & environment
I am unable to bring pets into my rental home. I will travel to your home and stay overnight with your pet, and I will treat both with love, care and respect. I will make sure to follow feeding, potty and walking schedules closely. I will also ask about favorite games and comfort toys and routines. I will send pictures and a recap of the day. I want you, and your pet, to feel comfortable and safe.

Heather was a life saver and was able to jump in and take care of our pups after a last minute cancellation from our other sitter. She gave us daily updates, sent over pics and left the house just how she found. We would definitely use her again in the future.
Heather was amazing! She stayed with our 12 year old lab who struggles a bit with anxiety and doggy dementia. Heather was so patient and kind with him. It eased our minds to know he was in such good hands. Thank you, Heather for your kind and loving care.

Heather visited my house twice a day for 9 days and was wonderful with my 2 recently captured feral kittens. She has a calming presence and was patient and understanding with the kitties. She is a good communicator, too. I highl6 recommend her.
Heather was very, very good. Took great care of all three of our pets, communicated very clearly on how they were doing, and provided lots of wonderful pictures. Great to have her tending our house and pets.

Schedule
I have a very open schedule. I drive for Uber part time, and other than that I like to fill my days with hiking, walking, pickleball and yoga. I would love to have a furry friend come along on my adventures!
