I have previously owned two dogs, a Labrador and a Maltese-Bichon mix. I was a dog walker for a senior citizen residing in Aegis Totem Lake, she had a terrier. I have dog sat my parents Schnauzer and friends Golden Retriever. I have experience giving medicine to dogs young and old. Additionally I have owned hamsters and horses. I ask kindly your pet is up to date on their grooming and nail trimming. I also require all dogs to be on a flea and tick prevention medicine.

Heather was very communicative and did a great job of caring for our very particular senior dog.
Heather was so accommodating at taking a very last minute booking late at night after our scheduled dog sitter cancelled on us the night before due to an emergency. It made a very stressful situation much less stressful knowing our sogs would be cared for. When i dropped the dogs off Heather had read through the dogs care instructions already amd asked a few questions During the overnight stay Heather updated us with photos and reasured us the dogs were doing great. She took them for several walks and when i picked the dogs up they were definitely tired but happy.
I appreciate Heather taking Buddy on long walks and allowing him to search for bunnies to his heart's content. He had a great time, I'm sure. Heather communicated frequently and ensured Buddy was well cared for. Thank you Heather!
Heather and her family took care of my elderly dog for a week while we were out of town for the holidays. She took the time to meet him before taking him in and really took the time to understand his eating habits and exercise needs. We got plenty of updates while we were out of town and I can tell by his demeanor that he was loved and spoiled while we were away. I highly recommend Heather and will definitely have Sky stay with her again.
Heather was great with communicating and providing updates and photos of Molly. Molly enjoyed her wslks being with her and was wanted to stay longer.
Heather was so welcoming of your anxious dog. She took time to get to know him and asked a lot of questions to make us comfortable. By the end he was sitting on her lap and getting ear rubs which means he definitely accepts her! Her photos and check ins were really sweet and made us feel like she was loving him as much as we do!

Schedule
I am a native northwesterner, I grew up in Redmond. Currently I am at home and have a flexible schedule. I am happy to take your pet on at least two 30-60+ walks and take them out in between. They are welcome to sleep in bed with me and be included in all the activities in my family’s life.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large yard which is not fenced but I can bring them out on leash. Our neighborhood is quite large with many walking trails, there is also a large school field which is often empty after hours and I would be happy to take them to play fetch. My home is two stories and would not be a match for pets unable to walk up and down.
A typical day
I will take your dog on walks in my neighborhood and it’s walking trails. We can go to the field up the street in the evenings and play catch. Lastly they are welcome to snuggle up in bed.

- I am open to a meet and greet before the stay, to see if things are a good fit. I also find dogs feel more relaxed staying somewhere they’ve been before. I prefer clients who are groomed regularly or at a minimum have a sanitary trim and are on a flea and tick prevention.
