I love long walks on the leash.
Hello! My name is Heather and I am available in the Kingsport, TN, area throughout most of the week and during daylight hours. I can provide walks in addition to food, water, and treats. I am also comfortable with basic grooming, minor clean-up (I understand that accidents do happen!), and administering some forms of medication. I have no issues with helping your fur baby learn to walk on a leash, if they are not yet used to walking while tethered to a human. I have had many pets throughout my life including chickens, fish, cats, dogs, and a turtle, but I love all animals! I have prior experience working for a small pet sitting business and I currently share my home with a beagle mix and a two cats. I am insured through Pet Care Insurance. Heather continues to be amazing! She watched our girls over the 4th of July weekend (very anxious pup from fireworks) and she did everything she could to make them feel at ease!
Heather is amazing! She is so caring and mindful of our pets and their needs. Our oldest dog (10+ years) had digestive issues during her stay and Heather was communicative through the entire morning and made sure Missy was comfortable before she left. We cannot say enough amazing things about her!

Heather was PHENOMENAL. This was our first time on Rover after a few bad boarding experiences and heather made us feel completely comfortable and confident that our pups were being cared for while we were away for the holidays. She was very responsive, timely with her visits, provided detailed notes and plenty of pictures with each stay! Even with our sweet doodle that can be (was) stubborn to take her morning meds, Heather was persistent and kind trying every way to attempt getting meds down without stressing her out. We are so thankful for Heather & her willingness to take care of our girls especially during the holidays! We came home to two happy and cared for dogs!

Zeitplan
I am free most days from early morning to sunset. I prefer to avoid driving at night, as well as walking or dropping in to homes at night for safety reasons.
