We had a fantastic experience with Hazen! He took such great care of both our dog and cat while we were away. One of the things we appreciated most was the consistent communication—he sent photos and updates every morning, afternoon, and evening, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was wonderful to see how happy and well cared for our pets were throughout the trip. Because of his regular updates and attentiveness, we never had to worry about them while we were gone. On top of that, we came home to a spotless house. Everything was exactly as we left it—it was like he had never even been there!
