When it comes to dogs, I enjoy walks, playtime, and bonding through positive, calm interactions. I also have personal experience with a reactive dog, so I fully understand how important it is to be patient, alert, and respectful of a dog’s boundaries. I’m comfortable handling dogs who may be nervous, reactive, or need extra space and reassurance on walks. If your pet has any specific triggers or needs additional support during walks or play, please don’t hesitate to let me know—I’m happy to adapt my approach to make sure they feel safe, understood, and cared for at all times.

I love keeping pets happy and engaged based on their personality! For playful cats, I bring out toys and games they love, while more relaxed kitties get gentle brushing or cozy lap time. With dogs, I enjoy fun walks, fetch, belly rubs, or just being a calm, friendly companion. Every pet gets care and attention tailored just for them!

Hi, I’m Hay – a lifelong animal lover with a gentle heart and a home full of love (and cat hair!). I’ve always had a special connection with animals, and caring for them brings me true joy. I currently have two rescue cats who have completely stolen my heart, and they’ve taught me so much about patience, trust, and unconditional love. I believe every animal deserves to feel safe, respected, and cared for—whether they’re playful and outgoing or quiet and shy. I’m kind, calm, and extremely patient, and I always take the time to understand each animal’s unique personality and needs. Spending time with animals is more than just a job for me—it’s something I genuinely love. Whether I’m feeding, cuddling, playing, or just sitting nearby to keep your pet company, I’ll treat them like family. Your pet’s happiness and comfort will always be my top priority.

Haylie was amazing with all the animals and left the house as she found it. She came to visit to get to know Poppy before I went away and made sure I was kept updated as there was a heat wave over the weekend. It makes such a difference knowing your pets are safe and happy when you are on holiday.
